Run, Jump, Throw





On Thursday LS2 went and had our session with Andi for Run, Jump, Throw. This week we looked at long jump and some of the skills you need to do for that activity. First we revisited the skills we practiced last week. The skills we learnt about Long jump is that we need to bend our knees and end in a squat position. I had fun learning about this.

This was another great learning opportunity Nesi. Did you notice the difference between the standing jump with your arms behind your back and the jump with the run up where you swing your arms? I certainly did!
