Starting from this week Panmure Bridge School had to come with water to school to keep hydrated. My partner and I created an DLO on why it is important for kids in school to drink water and to see what the difference is between hydration and dehydration. I learnt that hydration is when you have enough water in your body to keep you healthy and clean and dehydration is when your body doesn't have the right amount of water which causes headaches, makes you dizzy, feel moody or just in a angry/lazy mood. It is important for school to have water because we need to stay hydrated so we can focus on our school work.
I am a Year 8 student at Panmure Bridge School in Auckland, NZ. I am in Learning Space 2 and my teachers are Mrs Anderson and Ms Kirkpatrick.

Very clear explanations that tell your audience the difference between hydration and dehydration girls. You have identified some great reasons why we should drink water at school. Well done!
