Birth	He was born on December 15, 1928, Vienna, Austria.
Childhood	Earnest ( his father ) passed away in 1929 leaving Friedrich and his mother behind.
From	Hundertwasser was born and raised in Vienna for most of his long life. Hundertwasser was enrolled to Vienna academy of arts ( where hitler was denied to study.
Education	He studied at Academy of fine arts vienna and took art.
Art x 3	Some of his famous arts are called Blue Vortex with teeth, Globulin,  104 Cathedral I , 557 houses in the snow in a silver shower and 227 a raindrop and which falls into the city.
Connection to N.Z	Passed away in N.Z N.Z has the Hundertwasser Public toilets in kawakawa.
Died	He passed away on February 19, 2000, Pacific Ocean

On Wednesday we had a full day of art. We were focusing on the Hundertwasser arts. We created a google doc of some facts about his early life to connect with the art. I thing I learnt about his art is he doesn't like straight lines and he always thinks about the hot and cold colours. After we found the information we  started our piece of art work. The picture above shows my finished piece of art. I am really proud of the outcome, because of the choice of colour of hot and cold.

Tech @ TC

Today at tech we were designing our patterns or cultural designs on our paper. We were designing on paper so we know how to draw it on cardboard. After that step is done we are going to carve it and roll ink onto it so it stands out. On my practice paper I drawed some cultural designs and some Tongan patterns that you might find on Tapa.

#2 Care Awards ( Personal Passion )

I created a DLO about my personal passion. My personal passion is all sorts of art like painting, sketching and photography. I learnt so much facts about painting. I learnt that there is more likely to be more than 60,000,000 gallons of paint thrown down the drain if we keep throwing it out.

Tech ( Art )

Today at tech we had to use our smart searching skills to find out the answers for what is a kahoa and what it was used for. I had fun researching about this as it also helped me learn about my culture. 

Tech @ TC

On Friday LS2 went over to Tamaki College. We got split into 3 groups. I got chosen for art. For art we had to design some patterns or logos that come from our culture.

Kaleidoscope Art

This is my kaleidoscope art. We had to arrange our letters and fold it so it could be symmetrical.  We had to repeat this step and color it with pastel. I used cold colors for my letters and hot colors for my background. I enjoyed coloring and rearranging my letters in my name. 

Paul Cezanne

This is my painting I did on Paul Cezanne. I think I have done a good job doing art on Paul Cezanne.

Qauter Sqaure Circle

Our Artwork shows who we are. We had to draw a square. Each side had to be exactly 10cm. We had to draw what pictures relates to us. I had to use a compass to draw a quarter circle. We all had to get the measurements right because we were going to put all those squares together and make it look like one artwork. We had to work independently figured out together where we wanted it to go. I had fun making this.

My Art Reflection

This term we have been doing art like Ton Schulten. We made a landscape painting. We have learnt to colour mix. We have made our colours out of white, black, red, yellow and blue. I mixed blue, red and yellow to make brown and added white or black to make it lighter or darker. We mixed black and white  to make Gray. I am proud of my artwork because I made or the colours by myself.

My Scale Drawing

This is my scale drawing. I chose this picture because it had to do with our topic, Past Education. I had fun doing my scale drawing because I had to make it look the same which was really hard but it was still fun. The thing I didn't enjoy about drawing my scale diagram was that I had to make it fit in little squares and it was hard to make it look the same as the real picture. This was a really fun art to do.
