Here are my 2 blog comments to Rupotaka School. In my comments they were positive feedback and some interesting feed back to improve. I really enjoyed looking at Room 12's blog because there pictures on there blog hooked me in to read more. I also liked there blog because I could clearly understand what the blurb said which made things easier.

My superhero would be a lady who saved this little girl when she was drowning in the water. She would be my hero because she helped people that she didn't even know. This person saved this little girl by running into the deep water and lifting her up to the shallow parts but as she was running in the water, she had poky glass right through her foot, but lucky she could get it out and save the little girl.  I was amazed  that the person actually went to save her. The person who saved her was amazing, cool, and really strong . She was really outstanding. When I saw her she was at Eastern beach looking at this little girl and running up to her and saving her. It was a fabulous day, and we could hear the birds tweeting along the brown and golden sand. She looked like a real superhero because she was wearing a blue shirt, and wearing a red jumper behind her back. She looked so powerful because she was so strong because she lift a little girl up. Sometimes I see men going to the water and saving people. That's why I thought she was so  brave because she was actually a girl. I felt so amazed like I've never seen someone that has been   in the water.

Monday Quick Write

If I made a tree house I would make it like my real house. I would make a tree house in my backyard because I can just go home when I feel like it. I would add  secret code and add a T.V, lounge and all the things you would find in a house. I would invite my friends for a sleepover. I would have a big house including a spa pool. I would invite my friends and we could go shopping and play around in my tree house. I would love to have a tree house.

I really like your video. It show's a good message to people who can't chuck there rubbish in the bin. I hope there has been no rubbish on the playground again. Keep up the good work.

My Cultural Art

Here is my art. I used patterns for my culture. You can see I have translated ( slide ) the kaso ( which is a sort of shell that they stick on there clothes . I have rotated ( turned ) the sun. I have reflected ( flipped the Talavalu which Tongan ladies wear on there waist to church. I am proud of taking my time and using bright colours. 

Basic Facts Practise

This week we practised our basic facts by using on-line games. I really liked playing math man. This game helped my learning by practising by division.

Monday Quick Write

If I had to choose what to put in my sandwich I'd first have plain white bread and spread mayonase on one side of the bread. The next thing I would put in my sandwich is chicken, ham and bacon. Next, I would put a little bit of lettuce. I would also put tomatoes in to see if it tastes good or not. Then I would put some more mayonase on the other bread and put it on top of the other. I think it would taste like a mouth full of chocolate but instead it's eating a watery mouth full of a sandwich. It would taste   delicouse like you have never eaten before.
